Monitor reforms and provide recommendations to develop more water storage and an improved conveyance system to move water throughout the state more efficiently.

The Chamber opposes SB 902 because this bill would authorize $125 million for completion of feasibility studies, engineering design, study and construction of groundwater storage and conjunctive use projects for interregional benefits, $500 for the state.
