SB 1177 Housing, Density Bonus (Hollingsworth) (April 2006)
 

SB 1177 provides developers with incentives for the production of low income housing or donation of land within the development. Developers must meet certain requirements including that the development contains a specified percentage of low income housing for qualifying resident.
