144th Fighter Wing (March 2006)
 

The 144th fighter wing is asking for support to assign F-15 aircraft to the 144th Fighter Wing to replace the F-16 Fighter Wing we currently use, and are dated to expire in the year 2012; if they are not replaced our air security for the Southwest United States will come from Montana.
The Fresno Chamber SUPPORTS the necessary actions, within the U.S. Air Force, Air Combat Command and the National Guard Bureau, to assign F-15 aircraft to the 144th Fighter Wing either from the present U.S. Air Force inventory of F-15 aircraft or through the procurement of additional F-15 aircraft.
 

The Fresno Chamber has supported the letter writing campaign.
 

The Chamber has written letters to members of the delegation, to make sure they are all on board.
 

The Chamber has encouraged a personal letter writing a campaign from individuals to elected officials on the state and federal level.
