Disclosure Requirements
Under AB 469, an
employer must issue an employee a notice at the time of hire that
includes information such as: (1) the employee’s rate of pay; (2)
the employer’s address; (3) the regular payday; and (4) any
allowances claimed by the employer for meal and lodging.
