Rights of Access Criminal History

OPPOSE
AB 3063 adds a new prohibition on asking or using information
concerning an arrest or detention that resulted in a conviction
that was expunged. Further, AB 3063 limits employers rights to
fully evaluate an applicant’s history when deciding to hire them
because it does not allow employers to ask or use information
concerning an arrest or detention that resulted in a conviction
if it was expunged.
